Great location with plenty of nearby bars, restaurants, and shops. Comfortable and clean rooms with spacious bathrooms. Friendly and helpful staff who provided a good level of service.

Difficulty in adjusting the temperature of the taps, with hot water being scalding hot. High price for breakfast, which may not be worth it.

I had a great stay at the Hilton. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the O2 Academy and close to the tube for easy access to central London. The breakfast selection was excellent and the room service food was delicious. The shower had good water pressure and the fridge in the room was a handy feature. The TV facilities were decent, although it would have been nice to be able to use the HDMI ports with my laptop. I would highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel is conveniently located near all the attractions in central London. You can easily access the city center and explore all the famous landmarks. The transportation links are excellent, making it easy to navigate the city. The rooms are clean and well-presented, with great tea/coffee facilities and toiletries. The staff is friendly and always ready to help. The breakfast offers a wide variety of options and is a great value for money. The executive lounge is a nice touch and provides a comfortable space to relax.

Some of the beds in the hotel are extremely firm and uncomfortable. The mattresses are hard and you can feel the springs when moving.

The bed was so comfortable, and the bathroom had good lighting with great water pressure in the shower. The cleanliness was top-notch, and we loved having an easy-to-use safe with our own password. The rooms were nicely decorated and very clean. The hotel was located in a nice area with plenty of food options, including vegan menus.

This place is a true gem! I loved its location in a superb area with plenty of restaurants and great travel links. The staff were exceptionally nice and provided good customer service, always attentive and willing to help. The room was cozy and comfortable, with all the amenities I needed – air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and a flat-screen TV. The buffet breakfast was delicious, with a wide range of options for every taste.

I would recommend this hotel to friends without hesitation.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. From the moment I checked in to checking out, everything was excellent. The staff were friendly and provided great customer service. The room was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast had plenty of variety and the food was delicious. The location was perfect, close to St Pancras' train station and the Regent canal.
